Brakes SUCK!!

I took my car out for a spin last night and was haulin you know what and i went to brake down a hill and my brakes didnt work..It was like pushing my foot down on a brick..I had to downshift to 2nd and cut the corner so i didnt hit the business at the end of the block..Scared the $**t out of me!!

well i dont know whats wrong but man that would ahve scared the $hit outta me too. Glad you didnt wreck.

what year is your car? what kind of brake pads are you running? does your pedal have a spongy feeling

check the vacuum tube from the intake to the brake booster.

I dont really remember what type of pads are on there..What do you mean "Spongy" feeling?

check the vacuum tube from the intake to the brake booster.

yea check the line. I was bitching when i took my car out i felt like i was pushing up on a wall. I forgot to put the line back on the intake lol now its perfect

when you press the brake pedal does it want to go down more after you press on it I mean you press on it then it wants to go down more

i would say that the guys recommending you to check the vacuum line is a good call. Possible you are not getting the assist that the brake booster is supposed to supply.
