My motorized lumbar support broke last Winter. It was because a tension spring broke (see attached pictures). Ford wants $400 for the part, so I made a crappy repair spring out of coat hanger wire for time being. I have full lumbar support all the time, which is better than what I had which was NO lumbar support. Just thought I would share this just in case anyone else has experienced this.
