bulletproff rearend

[2012 Mustang GT]

i am putting on some new gears this winter when my car is sitting and i would like to know what else i could do to my rearend to bulletproof it from breaking if ya could please leave names of the products u have and tell if ya like them like what axels and stuff i want it so i never have to worry about my rearend
i am putting on 3.73:1 gears and i am not looking at any big hp #'s in the near future

The stock 8.8 is pretty much bulletproof. You might want to go with c-clip eliminators if you are making a good amount of torque. Other than that I'd get hardened studs.

get some 31 spline axles(i use mosers) and a good carrier(i use a eaton) with a girdle(i use a TA) if you plan on going 10.99 or quicker youll need C-clip elim. when going by the NHRA rules.
