Next week I will start a SN95 5 lug conversion on a bone stock 85 Mustang GT. I plan on swapping in some C-springs and need an inexpensive shock/strut. I am on a budget here and was wandering if the Bullit/Mach 1 shocks will work? I am afraid they will be too long and bottom out on me. I like the price of the KYB GR2's but know the Tokico blues are better. Ive seen MAch 1 shocks on ebay pretty cheap. Please dont say go Bilstein's... I know they are great, Ive used them before, but its not in a budget. This is all going on my brothers car, who is off to college in a month. Thanks.
