Can anyone tell me how to get the accelarator pedal on. It not the whole accelerator pedal just the foot pedal. I brought this thru Mustang tuning. I see that you have to take the pin out but how can I do this without damaging the pedal.

You need to remove the complete pedal assembly. It's much easier. Get under the dash, remove the throttle cable and unbolt throttle assembly. Then slide the pin out and replace it with the new bullit pedal. There's a "how to" site that describes the pedal replacement procedures. I'll post it later when i'm home.

I put mine in a vice, hammered the pin out.

Be careful if you are just "hammering that pin out" The pedal will BREAK! It broke while I was hammering it back in. Then my dad got home, took the drill press, vised the pedal assembly in, put a bolt into the drill and just lowed the bolt head down onto the pin and it slipped right in. 
Waste of a 17 dollar pedal. Take your time, be gentle. Good luck

well I got it on but it took some work. I used some silicone spray to help the screw go thru the holes. I was worried about braking the accel pedal. Thanks for the help

the gas pedal was easy as hell once i got it off so was the clutch and dead. the break pedal gave me damn fits it kept sliding. i cut all the rubber **** off poured alot of super glue on it,slapped that sumbitch on and its all good. did anybody else tear their finger tips up with these damn things?

I just put a set on mine 2 weekss ago , clutch and brake was a pain but accelerator and dead pedal was easy , yes you have to remove the arm of the gas pedal to do the install .
