Burnt Rubber smell when Boost kicks in

Every time I floor the pedal it smells like burnt rubber (no the tires are not laying down black strips on the ground)... could the SC belt be slipping and causing that smell?

Yes however... Your thread title [does] kind of suggest that things are working properly. lol

What brand of belt are you running? What SC? How much boost?

Lay it all out for us man. What's your entire build as best as you can recall.

It is all the stock Eaton SC that comes on a 2014 GT500 but with the pulley replaced (by previous owner, not sure what size they used).
Belt is the stock belt as well.

Try a Gatorback belt: https://www.amazon.com/slp/goodyear-gatorback-serpentine-belt/sf82p56pqzv88yh

If that doesn't solve it then you will probably need to go to a larger crank or a belt setup with more ribs.
