Im not sure what you mean by that but I think you mean there isnt enough threadingwhich as you can see in the pics there is. What size is that nut? I wanna pick up a couple and have them ready when I get the alignment.

From What I gathered, it's based on the lowering of the car...Lower the car, the higher the strut should be. "stock" placement of the spacers with my CC plates is one large and one small each on the top and bottom. For each 1/2" lowered, ONE 1/4" spacer should be changed from bottom to top (subtracting 1/4" from bottom and adding it to the top = 1/2" compensation)mytight95 said:Rob, ok i am installing my c/c plates that have been sitting in the shop for months now tommorrow, if i can get around to it, was waiting to do it when i put on springs, struts etc..... i asked about that too because i am going with 87-93 struts too (fwiw, i'm getting strange struts). if your 87-93 struts are are 1" shorter than the stock struts, and you are lowering your car 1.5", then you should end up with .5" more strut sticking out of the top of the shock tower. make sense?94GTLaserRC said:From What I gathered, it's based on the lowering of the car...Lower the car, the higher the strut should be. You need at least one on each side. I say if you have it lowered, put one large spacer on the bottom and use the rest on top...as long as you are sure it clears the hood.
