C&L V.S PRO M meters?

I currently have a C&L meter. I have been told that the Pro M meters perform better. I want to know if this is true, and what the advantages are?

i have the c&l meter my car runs alitttle rough could pro-m better maybe? i heard bad thing about them to, more good than bad but u can still get a bad meter it's a hit or miss.
