C4 Transmission Swap? 1965 Mustang Coupe

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me out with a decision here. I have been building up my 289 A code. I've had the car for 15 years now since I was 19. The bottom end was done a few years back, mild Lunati cam, HP oil pump, 2 1/4" duel exhaust, H pipe, I'm pretty sure stock compression still. I just added a Paxton Novi 1200SL, RPM Air Gap intake, QFT-750BAN carb, ported & polished stock heads with long tube TRI-Y's, MSD Ignition 8352K (Jegs), MSD Ignition 6420 (Jegs), I just bought AFR-1388 heads 185's. Don't know when I'm putting those on yet. I had my C4 cruise-o-matic haha luv that rebuilt in 2008. 2500 stall converter, B&M stage 2 shift kit. My question is, will my transmission be able to handle everything I've done plus going to add or should I pull it & replace it? I was looking at Part Number: PASS26103 Performance Automatic & Part Number: 511205 TCI any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I want a street/strip machine. Just a weekend driver. Thoughts?

I don't think an early input shaft will like the new motor. 69 and older C4s use a smaller input shaft than 70+. A lot of people put the limit of the small shaft around 400hp. It will also take more than a fresh rebuild of a stock C4.
