CAI & Tuners

Im looking to purchase a new CAI and Tuner for my 05 gt. Anyone got any suggestions for which brand has seen the most improvements in rwhp and torque. Anyone got any dyno numbers also??? I know of a shop near me that is a direct distrubutor of the C&L CAI w/ Preadator tuner, but i have heard that they arent very impressive. Let me know what your opinions are. Thanks

I went with the Steeda C.A.I. with the SCT Excalibrator 2. No problems here and I am very happy with the tune

I went with the C&L Cold Air Induction System I picked up from Lightning Force Performance before I bought my Procharger from them.

I picked up 52hp with this Induction System and Bassani Exhaust.

I got my CAI and tuner w/custom tunes from JMS chip.

They offer several money saving kits for the 05.
Go for the Xcal2 option... it is well worth the extra $25!!!!

I dyno'd 289RWHP using their "economy tune" with 87 gas.

52 hp just from the C&L and Tuner, and that bassani exhuast alone? Thats a lot of power just to gain from those parts.

I bought the CL CAI with Predator Tune package. Installed that baby and put on a 93 octane tune. When I started it up it was much faster and even sounded different. Louder, more aggressive, overall I was very impressed

C/L with SCT X2

I just installed the C & L with the SCT X2 I purchased from Brent at www.brenspeed.com

I can't believe the difference!!!
well worth the money and the install was easy.

Throttle response is much quicker and my automatic chirps them in 2nd and 3rd!!!
