CAI Worth it?

Was thinking of buying or making a homemade CAI. I have a k&n cone filter right now sitting by my opening in the fenderwell. Would I see any gains by configuring some fresh air up to it. Anyone made their own? Please post pic's or some details of what you used or how you did it. Thanks, Phil.

Most ppl will prob tell you just to make your own, apparently its not very hard (hehehe i bought mine, can you tell?).

not really, it sounds really cool though it also cleans up the engine bay a little. and dont pay $100+ for a mac one either. the ones off of EBAY are the SAME THING.

I got mine from procarparts on ebay. I noticed a little bit of power nothing huge though, it does sound sweet and does clean up the looks.
