california speedway 1/4 mile drags

Anyone from cali going to the street legal drags at the califorina speedway in fontana let me know and we will take are stangs down there and kick some ass. Its on sep 18.

I would go, but the Route 66 show is that wekeend, i'll go to that instead, the drag races are there more than once a year. the Route 66 event goes on from Thursday the 16th through Sunday the 19th, but Saturday is by far the best day/night to go... Friday comes in at close second.

My younger cousin was telling me he wanted to go and race his camry or corolla or some grocery getter that he drives. I've heard that you have to wait in the staging lanes for hours to get only a few runs in. That doesnt sound too appealing to me.

i've heard the same thing about waiting there and also that there's a better strip towards hollywood.

BTW: where is the route 66 show? (please don't say route 66)
