cam identification

I acquired a slightly used cam, but there is a question as to what it actually is. I was told it is a "E-303", but the numbers that are stamped on the end of it don't resemble any Ford part numbers that I'm familiar with. How can I find out what these numbers mean?

There are four different sets of numbers and letters- 2722-G106-960980-EDF . They aren't in any kind of order.
