I don't know too much about what cam for what application but I just want a mild street cam for now b/c im gonna do a cam and high flow water pump swap. Will a Trick Flow Stage 1 cam work with my application? Will I need to change any springs/lifters/pushrods? Thanks

With stock heads there really is no need for another cam. I do like the TFS 1, but odds are the stocker is best for what you have.

If you do the swap I would get better springs and a new timing chain.

Dont worry about te lifters and push rods.
