cam timing etc. questions HELP!!!!!!

Ok i have a b-cam, would it be beneficial at all to retard or advance this cam any..... i have a cloyes double roller, with nine keyways.....soi can adjust it like that.....

also how much slack in a timing chain is too much.....is there supposed to be slack on both sides etc? please educate me guys...

Advance it 4 degrees and you'll be much happier. Chain slack should be almost nil, if it's a fairly new chain. Replace with a FRPP unit if in doubt. When the chain has slack, it's retarding your timing, hurting your low end.
