Can anyone give me some answers on my 60' time?

Someone please help! Racing the car in my sig., I haven't been able to do any better than a 1.82 60' time! I have been running my rears at 10psi and doing a nice burnout for 6-7 seconds. My launch technique has been 4000 rpm then drop the clutch. Im not "sidestepping" the clutch, nor am I "slipping" the clutch...if that makes any sense. The car feels like it hooks solid and goes straight as an arrow. I feel that the suspension is properly set up for my power level, with the front fully extended under load and the back fully sunk. The best run i did was 13.22, 1.82 60', at 107 mph. I know the car is no rocketship, but i've seen factory stock rip out 1.5 - 1.6's in short times. What the heck am i doing wrong? The clutch in it is a King Cobra which is virtually brand new...is it a clutch problem? I don't think it is because according to the tach there is no "freewheeling" of the engine once its engaged. I'm simply puzzled...HELP!!!

That Vic Jr. intake could be killing your low end, although you do have a good rear gear ratio......I have no idea.

i would say put more air in the tires if u had drag radial. But u have the q pros so they are the slick.

I find that a drag radial will hook better with more air, like 20-22 psi
last trip i made with my hoosier quicktimes (drag radial) i ran 10 lbs and it seems like they didnt hook 100% i was hooking at 4k but only managed 1.9s

your 60 foots do seem high. I do a little better then you when i'm launching on my juice and i don't have any suspensions mods like you do just a lakewood traction action rear uppers and lowers. Does your car bog at all? have you filmed the car to make sure you are hooking up? My car feels like a solid hook but i am actually spinning through 1st and second.

I have watched videos, and despite no being able to tell if i had traction or not, the suspension did exactly what it was supposed to. The front extended fully and the rear slightly squatted. Now that i think about it, before shifting second, the front came back down, is this a sign of lost traction?

I feel that you have a very mismatched setup to begin with. a vic jr intake should not be on e7 heads. that cam is setup in the 2000-6000rpm range, which is way short of your vic jr.
your 28" tires cut your gears down to the 3.90ish range, so your losing somethere.
do you have a friend that has 26" tires to see if that helps any?

PS: im not trying to be rude my imputting my thoughts on your setup, it just an observation that you might be losing some 60' time in your setup.
