like most of the people on here that live in the northeast, im outside washing and waxing my car. i mentioned earlier on in the week that i was gunna try the claybar again which i did...it was a success in the fact that it didnt scratch my paint, i lubed it good. however i attempted to get my "water stains" off of my rear spoiler and it didnt work unfortunately to my surprise. what can be done if anything? (other than a paint job)

after you claybar it you should do a compound with a highspeed buffer then followed by a glaze/swirl removal and a good wax/sealer if you want it done properly. I just did mine today and it took me 3hours to do the whole outside of the car and i have a convertible.

I used Meguiar's 3 step on my car and it took the water stains off
my car.You can try it my car looked great after.I guess it depends
how baked on the water stains are on your car?

if you going to get one make sure you get a rotary or a highspeed. Dont cheap out on the buffer cause the mickey mouse ones dont work too well. I had a porter cable from Lowes that worked OK but then i stepped up this year and got the big DeWalt one. That thing is a great buffer.

No those things wont do much. http://www.autogeek.net/bupo.html
Check those out. They arent the mickey mouse buffers but they arent the top shelf pro buffers. They work well and are easy to use and start out with. Those guys at AutoGeek are really helpful too. Good Luck.
