Ditto......

I have had many cars in the high 12's with stock bottom ends w/ bolt ons. Never in a Vert. though. 10's with a 150 shot may be a little hard to reach IMO. Just remember, it will need a cage to run those numbers.......

Good Luck with it!!

Traction and speed shifting is the key especially in a vert. If you can get at least a 1.9 60 i think you'll be there.

Should get into the 12s. Trying for 10s on a 150 shot though, that will be tough.

12's is do able with a good hook up like the others stated & a decent 60ft time. 10's is going to be a stretch.

I assume you mean a 1.5 on the bottle? Our GT40P car gets out HARD and has only clipped high 1.5xs a few times. It is usually low 1.6xs.

Yeah definately a great video. One reason I plan to only race stick shift cars. However badass an auto is going down the track, a well driven stick car trumps it (when running the same times).

If you can believe it, the original video description I found of that video is a junkyard shortblock, nitrous, and he's shifting a T5 sans-clutch. Absolutely insane.

That better be a proshifted T5 if he is doing it with no clutch.

BTW yes you can shift a proshifted box without one.
