Can I make AFR 185's fit with a stock cam?

I'm buying a Blowzilla.....and would like to upgrade my heads also. Will it work without touching my pistons? I'll probably have Rick91GT build a dart based stroker in the future. And would like to have heads we can work with. I think 165's are to small for the route I want to go with.

How do you know what size pushrods to get? (stock?) I'll get chromoley ones. And some upgraded springs. And 1.7 RR's.

Will it work and is there any comparable heads out there with the same volume that will bolt on?

Does the cam have anything to do with them fitting? Or is it impossible? .

Guys have done it, but you need to check. depends on the cam.

How soon are you going to be building the dart based stroker? Maybe just wait and get the proper cylinder head for that application?

Probably do the block this coming winter. I just ordered a few parts. 42 injectors, 255 pump, rails, 90mm mass air, and a 70mm TB.

I decidied to drop it on the E7's. And go from there.

With a 9# pulley on my stock block is it possible to gain a full second in the 1/4 mile?
