Can I use 1992 5.8 fuelie engine?

I saw a 5.8 liter fuelie engine from a truck and I was wondering if I can use it. I know its not roller and the intake points the wrong way, but besides that is there anything else I should know. I'm thinking it should bolt right up if I get the right mounts, pan, headers, etc. What kind of heads does it use? thanks

Do a search for 351 swaps. it's been the topic time and again. Pretty simple work, you just need the 351 fox style parts (intake, oil pan, headers, front dress, etc.)

well I know about all the swap parts but I mean all the fuelie stuff it has and stuff. Does anybody know the head specs and stuff.

Ya know what I just found out? If you use a 3.85 stroker crank($300), stock 351 rods, and stock 302 pistons you have a 392. Tomorrow, Im going to pull the intake if the truck is still at the yard. If I'm lucky itll be a roller, lol. If this engine looks pretty good I'll get it. A 351 is a lot stronger and for only a few hundred bucks I could convert it to a 392.
