I just recently- July 3rd- picked up my new Mustang- a 2002 Roush Stage 2- and have a few questions for those more informed than I- which should be just about everyone as I am mechanically challenged- I was hoping for someone to answer four questions for me- in the above picture- marked with arrows and numbers- what are those engine parts that are marked- and their major function? I have a basic understanding of some of the components of the engine, but basic as in- oh- thats where the oil stick is and such. Thanks in advance for all answers and help!!!! :flag:

1. alternator, recharges the battery
2. EGR, puts exhaust gas back into the intake, lowers emissions and doesnt cost any power
3. plenum, thats where the air makes the 90degree turn after the throttle body
4. top strut bolt (forget teh exact name but thats what it does)
