Car doesn't like water... please help!

Put in the charger and it ran fine thru the h2o for a while. However, whenever it gets wet it won't run... just dies on me whenever i try and crank it. It's not just the rain, its when i wash the car too. Anyone got any ideas? Possibly the MAF sensative to any moisture (put a vortech on and that puts the MAF in the finder, maybe getting wet). Any ideas would be great.

This may sound kind of simple but I had a similar experience, it turned out, after hours of checking everything, the battery ground cable deteriorated after been too close to the headers. After a good car wash or an all night rain I had troubles starting the car.... its worth a look and an inexpensive fix.

I'll check that out tomorow for sure... Where abouts did it go out? on the negative side that connects the battery to the chassis?

Any further ideas would be great.

yup it was the negative side not grounding properly
