CAR FAX/SHOULD I BUY??

A friend is looking at a 94 Convert. $8,000 for it. It has 65,000 and a dead top motor. Can anyone run a CAR FAX for me? The Vin is as follows:

VIN: 1FALP45TORF108105

Any concerns he should have with a 94? Finally got ride of his ricey and is going OVAL BLUE!!! Thanks in advance.

FYI...it has edlebrock intake/heads, 1.7 RR, and a few exhaust mods along w/new mystic paint.
