Car on Trailer for last Year...Suspension compressed..problem?

So I really didn't think about this when i parked her on the trailer in storage but....I'm doing some work on my 00 GT to get her up and running again.

While in storage for the last year....the stock suspension on the front, not rear, has been fully compressed with ratchet straps from traveling on the trailer. I guess I didn't think about easing it up when i left it. The car is a 2000 with about 60k on it....will this be a problem?

Also, i just ordered a new fuel pump. The car has actually been driven only twice in the last 3 years. Car worked fine when i initially parked it and has done nothing but sit on the trailer and previously my garage with full tank of premium gas with additives in it. Wouldn't even try to fire when i tried a couple days ago. Strange that it would just go bad when sitting there. I figured I'd replace the fuel filter while I was at it.......is this abnormal? anything else i should investigate due to the long inactive period?

:)

As long as the struts bounce back up when you compress the front end, it should be fine. Check the bushings for cracks and such, and inspect the struts for leaks.

Are you sure the battery has juice in it? The fuel may be fine..
