Car won't start...any suggestions?

neighbors car ran out of gas---put some more gas in but car still won't start...spark is there...fuel seems to be there too...even poured a little gas directly in the TB....no change in engine tone...no smoke--nuthin...any suggestions?

What year and what kind of car?

If its a mustang, it sounds kinda like the IAC valve. Will it kinda start then die really quick?

Some cars need to be "primed" after running out of gas, might have to get it to dealership to get it done.

there is a valve on the passanger side fuel rail. turn the key on to run the fuel pump, then take the cap off this valve, and open it. Let it close again after fuel comes out!! LOL
