Ok, I had an SCT chip burned by Don 95Vert and the car was perfect but It was'nt making boost. Not DON's fault I had alot of little things to fix.. Anyway i ended up taking the car to JD's in PA and they told me the car wasn't making boost either and they retuned my chip to STOCK. But now when I was doing low boost run trying to ping out the problems. Once I shut the car off it started hesitating on restarting Like the car was flooded.
On my last troubleshoot spin around the block I pulled into my driveway and shut her down and she wouldn't start. i thought it was the new fuel pump but after a couple of days of sitting there. The car started right up.

I found and fixed all my air leaks jumped in the car and now it's acting like it's flooded again.. I'm thinking that maybe I fouled the plugs or have them so fuel soaked that they won't fire..

Please help and what do you guys think?

I'm running 42 pounders with a 90 mm lightning MAF, I'm gonna pull the plugs and see what they look like. The throttle body had alot of oil in it so i cleaned that out and i'm going to pull the plugs and clean those off or just change them

Did your tuner put in the necessary cranking fuel modifications for the 42s? This sounds like too much of a black box issue to troubleshoot over the 'net. When you say your chip was set back to stock, it baffles me how your car would even start w/ the 42s/Lightning MAF.

It would be easier to talk with your tuner to get the issue resolved -- lot to consider in your situation and with boost you want to get it right the first time.
