I just recieved my shipment of the BLACK rear Magnetic Blackout kit and I had the guy make a Carbon Fiber one also. Thought I would post pics. It's raining here so I had to take these in my garage. I will take a full body shot when the sun comes out. If anyones interested in the Carbon's I have to have a minimum of 20 orderhttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a216/nyyankee/f2fce37b.jpgs. They do cost quite a bit more than the black to make. PM me if you would like a black one also.

CF looks a lot cleaner that I was expecting when I read the title. I'm still not to crazy about these things, though. It certainly looks good from 20+ feet. But my stang is black, so these wouldn't do me much good anyway.

Aren’t you afraid someone will steal them being magnetic?

If you had a 3-d carbon one that sticks on with double stick tape it's just as easy to steal and it cost 6X the price. The beauty of this is you can take it off if you feel that where you park it someone is in the market for a 05/06 Mustang panel that they think they can go up to your car and actually try to peel it.

Have you driven the car in the rain with them on, sure hate for water and road dirt to get under there.

After it rains I take it off and clean everything. If you had the 3-D Carbon one that sticks with double stick tape and comes off the car a little don't you think the dirt would accumulate back there, and your not going to take it off every time because of the tape. You essentially can never clean back there unless you take it off.

that doesnt look like carbon fiber to me .. it just looks like grey circles on a black one.. true carbon fiber has a honeycomb look to it.

my .02 the carbon fiber looks like crap .. and I am not a big fan of any of the "rear covers" .. took mine to ford had it painted, dont have to worry about falling off or debris getting under it

Real Carbon Fiber is not flexible. I have regular Carbon Fiber ones coming anyday. The ones you put on with water. For those people who didn't like the magnet idea.
