2003 Dodge Stratus, spent most of the day fabricating a battery mount. In their wisdom they put the battery behind the inner wheel well in front of left front tire. Do to all the salt on the roads up north the mounting completely disintegrated, allowing the battery to be held up by the positive cable until it sheared off and died.
With some unistrut, some sheet metal and threaded rod was able make something to last a few more years.

Last Winter the tensioner pulley fell off loosing the serpentine belt and the ensuing mayhem took out timing cover and timing belt. If anyone has done a timing belt on front drive cars you know how much fun it is.
After putting it back together took for test drive, look under it, massive oil leak from front crank seal. Tear it all apart again, found pieces of belt wedged between crank gear and seal, it was mangled, I hate this car.

You went wrong at buying a Dodge

Don’t worry I’ve done it before myself.

Brand new 99 Durango. It had an intake manifold gasket leak. The rear window motor seized..twice..and all of this before 10k miles. POS. Oh and transmission was acting up when I took a beating selling it before the warranty ran out.

Never again.

'93 and '02 Accords.

Hated is a strong word, but I must've gone through 5-6 front axles in the '93. Lifetime replacements from Autozone are pointless if you have to replace them twice a year on each side. The '02 Accord actually made me money from purchase to sale. However, it had a transmission on the way out, and only around 100k miles. The guy who bought it from me claimed to be a mechanic without concern for the Transmission... oooo kay! So much for Honda reliability.

I've loved every other car in some way:
'89 Mustang LX
'92 Mustang LX (2 combinations)
'90 GMC Suburban
'91 Mustang LX (Sloth, 2 turbo combos)
'97 C5 Corvette
'95 BMW 318i
'98 BMW 318i
'02 Saturn SL2
'91 Mustang LX (Black Jack)
'00 F250 7.3 Powerstroke (Garfield)
'93 Mustang GT (Max, a.k.a Just a GT)

Thought of selling my Camaro, hardly ever drive it, I know I would regret getting rid of it.

2005 Dodge Dakota 4.7. I had a 2002 with extanded cab, and loved it. When my first kid came along, I thought I'd "upgrade" to a quad cab 2005. Didnt really romp on it when test driving, and come to find out it was waaaay down on power versus my old '02. Couldnt even maintain 70 mph on the interstate. I didnt spend any money trying to figure it out, just hated it for a year or so and got rid of it. Have a '12 Durango now with 5.7 that I love. It wasnt a Dodge thing, just that particular truck thing.

My '87 GT convertible. That car was cursed. It gave every owner after me hell as well until I finally lost track of it last year.

My 2014 F150. I hated it so much I traded it in on a Toyota that was 6 years older and had 30k more miles.

1987 S10 Blazer - This was the car that permanently made me hate GM
2000 Toyota Camry - Blown engine 76k miles
2016 Honda Odyssey - A lot of little things. Wife traded it in a year.

1998 Chevy S10 extended cab 4cyl auto trans. Bought new. Biggest POS under powered vehicle I've ever driven. Couldn't get rid of it fast enough.

I’ve liked all my cars too.

85 Jetta
89 Toyota pick up 2wd
88 GT vert
00 Tacoma 4x4(still drive everyday) going on 16 years!!

Two 90 notches
88 GT (going to keep)

The Jetta was probably the biggest pos, I had to wrench on it all the time, but it was nimble and kinda quick, at the time! I was 16.

87 S-10 Blazer, bought it for my wife and the damn thing always had something wrong with it, exhaust manifold leak, spare tire carrier rattling, loose ground. Bad alternator, eventually gave it to my nephew and he blew the trans and then the motor some how? Then eventually rusted to , last GM I ever owned.

'85 Olds Calais 3.0 Total POS
'97 Ford Ranger 2.3 Another total POS
'02 Nissan Altima 3.5 Another total POS
'12 Ford Fusion SEL 3.0 Such a Maw Maw car, horrible transmission programming
'17 Mazda CX-3 GT AWD Great platform, nice amenities, totally under-powered

Three different Nissans. Hated them all but also loved something about them. 98 Infiniti I30, loved the Bose sound system and very comfy seats, pissed through gas. 05 Sentra SER Spec V, 6 speed very fun to drive, every sensor would constantly fail. 04 Xterra, most capable off road vehicle I've driven, could handle the abuse, pissed through gas and the rear suspension sagged.
