Right now I have a Flowmaster Force II (3 chamber) cat-back system with a MAC Prochamber. My cat-back is rusting bad and I will have to replace it soon. I was wondering how much louder it would be with a 2 chamber muffler, and which cat-back sys. should I go with? I want something that has a deep aggressive sound to it. I would also like something in a decent price range. Magnaflow's cat-back is like 500 dollars... that's a little too much for me to spend. Also, how many chambers are in the muffler for the MAC Cat-back system? Thanks.

some people say flowmaster american thunders are over-done, but they are over done for a reason, they sound rediculous. They sounded good with the stock cats and headers, and after I did all three parts its just awesome.

you all know what Im talkin about, when you first the car and the exhaust system catches like 1/2 a second after the engine fires up, and then it settles down into a "glug glug glug glug" sound, thats what american thunders do... They really scream after about 2k rpms and have single handedly lowered my gas mileage. I think they're somethin like 279.99 for the stainless ones at summit.

Get the new Bassani BX series Catback... I just installed Ceramic Coated LT's, Dr Gas Xpipe, and Bassani Mufflers, and it just sounds insane... totally different.. and awsome... The BX line is alumized, and way cheaper than their Stainless stuff...
