Cat install

Hey guys I am moving to Texas in July and I know that it depends on the county you are in as to weather or not there is smog testing. So my question is if I need to how hard would it be to install high flow cats on my x-pipe. Would it be worth the money to just have an exhuast shop add the cats. I can get 2 Bassani High-Flow Catalytic Converter for 150 a piece, or get a MAC H pipe with cats for 370. Thanks for your input.

If you like the sound of your x-pipe, get the cats. If you like the sound of the h-pipe better, might as well get the h-pipe with cats already on it.

If it were me, for only $70 more, I would just get the h-pipe with cats already on it.
