Catalytic Aftermarket H-Pipe?

I'm looking to replace my O/R MAC Prochamber with an aftermarket H-Pipe that has cats on it. The emissions inspections have changed where I live and I can no longer pass inspection having an O/R pipe.

Any suggestions? I see the catted MAC Prochamber, which would be my first choice (a bit pricey, but worth it in my mind). Who else makes catted H-Pipe's? I don't want to change my cat-back (MAC as well) so it has to be an H.

Do you have the 3-piece Prochamber? You can buy just the legs with the cats from Partshopper.
