Catted vs. Off Road X-Pipe

I am thinking about going with an off road x-pipe for my new exhaust. I realize that the off road pipe gives a better horsepower gain, but how (if at all) will it affect the way the car runs? Is there anything else that I would have to get to make it work right?

Make sure you can pass emissions without one. Your car will be a hell of a lot louder too. You should also disconnect your smog pump as well.
