CD Error! Bah!

So, finally, after almost 62k miles, my factory reciever is taking a dump and only displaying CD ERROR. So, I just ordered the Pioneer FH-P8000BT CD Receiver. Looks like its going to be a sweet unit. If I didn't drive the car so much I wouldn't care, but, it was either this or Darkfires tires and I can't drive 180 miles a week on DR's so I picked up the deck.

Aww man! I would've thrown in my old Shaker 500 for free so I could get my ET Streets!

I hope I will too. I don't forsee any problems though. Unless it want's to through a fit and not work with the Shaker 1k.... Its all good bro. I'll pick those fat bastards up off you as soon as my loan comes through. Its taking much longer than I would have thought. First home loan for me, so they have me tied up in red tape while jumping through stupid hoops...

Oh ok. Yeah, my 500 unit wouldn't have worked for you. I don't see any problems with the Shaker 1000. You'll love the sound. You'll think you upgraded your subs, too.

Nice! Now my only problem is going to be finding aftermarket gauges that are the correct blue to match the head unit and my color blue guages. I won't need any aftermarket gauges until next spring anyway I don't think, so.... More research to do, as always.
