Cervinis 2 piece speedster cover owners inside please

I got a pair of these off ebay brand new and they are at the body shop being fitted to the car. On Cervinis site it says to contact them for additional templates, and when i did they wanted my invoice number (which i did'nt have of course) and wouldn't give me the templates without it.

Does anyone have these additional templates and would you be so kind as to share them with me.
