Changing coolant?

You guys are going to laugh at me i know....its pretty sad. I drained the radiator and now i'm going to refil. I undid the cap and filled it with about 2 gallons of coolant...now the overflow tank is filled, but i don't know if the raditor is. Anyone help? Thanks

the radiator should have coolant in it. you can run the motor at idle for a little bit with the cap off for shorts periods of time to ge the coolant circulating.

Ok i just wanted to make sure that that was all i needed to do. I didn't think that the overflow tank would take that much coolant...lol Thanks
