when doing the 4 cyl T5 swap can you use the 4 cyl bellhouseing too?

Nope.... you need to use a V8 T5 housing. I could only find a 4 speed housing so the holes had to welded in and new ones taped in. Also need V8 clutch, manual flywheel, V8 fork. And a special pilot bearing such as a Timken 202FF. It's from a SAAB.

My uncle made me a brand new bearing for free. He used an Input shaft that he took off of another 4 cyl trans! It was perfect! Hardest part of the project was getting the T-5 bearing out. Had to do the pack with grease and hammer trick a few times, but it worked. I called every place in town about a Timken202FF bearing and they were like "WTF is that?"

you think with my 5-6 month time spand id be better of shoppin around and buying each part individually to save money?

dude go on ebay and they have a load of clutch pedal assemblies with cables and crap for cheap.
