Chip question?

So after this chip is burnt can you reburn another/diffrent program? I was told that once it's done thats what ya got and you need to buy another chip? Sorry for the crappy pics there from my cell phone.It's a SCT chip.

ok, heres the deal- you can burn over the top no problem. For example, you can have chung's tune in there and take it to KKP and they can overwrite on top of it and you now have their tune. However, you cannot read whats on there- KKP cannot see Chungs tune, etc.

You can also have different programs put into it, and plug a switch into that port on the unit. Then you can have a race gas, pump gas, and nitrous tune all in one chip.

But short answer is yes, they can be reburned over and over.
