Any thoughts on how to choose the correct PCV valve for a performance engine? My thinking is that a PCV opens and and closes with varying vacuum and a performance engine with a bigger than stock cam has less manifold vacuum than a stock engine, so if you use a stock PCV you might get vacuum issues.
5.0/GT40P heads/Performer RPM intake/B303 cam/1.7:1 rockers/Autolite 4100-1.12 carb
With this combo, what should I expect for manifold vacuum at what RPM? I'm getting about 13 in at 950 RPM.
