get the crappiest clutch you can find that way it will break before your t-5 does. better to change a $100 something dollar part than a 1200 something dollar part. t-5's suck. I'm so depressed having to drive around going from first to third gear cause second is broken. t-5's suck.
my t5 held up just fine. it has been through a 125hp nitrous kit, a powerdyne bd11a at 9psi, 2 different h/c/i setups, and finally an s-trim making better than 400hp and 400lb/ft. it was still alive and well with no grinding when i pulled it. the only reason it came out was because i decided to swap in a tko600 with my 331 build. the longevity of the t5 is all about how you drive it.

Heavy Duty is a waste of time.

If it is stock and your daily driver, get stock clutch. Easy on the t5 and your foot.

If you want a pedal that will hold 30-40% more power than your clutch now and still want a soft pedal, get the Centerforce Gold Class clutch.

King Cobra is a much better choice than a HD clutch. King Cobra is stiffer than stock or Centerforce.
