havent been on here in a while, i recently graduated college and now i finally have some money to start putting into the stang. I was reading through that explorer intake post and i am wondering what kind of issues i can expect to run into when installing my cobra intake and 65mm accufabe tb i just bought off of ebay. any websites for the install would be great too....thanks.

It's pretty straightforward - except the Cobra lower probably doesn't have the return line fitting hole for the egr spacer coolant line. So you'll have to decide if you want it drilled/tapped, or if you want to eliminate the cooling lines. Be sure to mark (masking tape and permanent marker) every line you take off so that you can re-establish the vacuum connections properly. Here's a tip for the lower - go to a hardware store and buy 4 bolts just like the lower intake bolts. Cut the heads off and when you're ready to mount the lower/gaskets - screw them into the 4 corners to act as temporary dowels. They'll hold the gaskets in place and allow you to 'stab' the lower perfectly the first try. Once in place, start a few other bolts, then unscrew your temp. dowels, and replace them with the manifold bolts.
