There's plenty of off-the-shelf rods in various lengths and journal diameters to accomplish that goal as well as pistons to suit just about anything. You can thank the mini-stock crowd for parts availability. All of the pistons are flat-tops with small reliefs so if it's a turbo app you're working with, tuning may become an issue.
