The GT-40 Tubular intake is what i would really like to get for my car, but i am a bit confused on how legal it is to have one on my car. I live in california and we all know how strict they are about smog stuff over here. I have heard that this intake is street legal but i cant seem to find a C.A.R.B.(California Air Resourses Board) E.O.(Executive Order) Number for it anywhere. And im afraid to buy this intake if im going to have to re-install my stock one to smog it. Can anyone help me out here?? Was it ever available on any 94-95 mustangs?

the gt-40 tubular is the same as the 93-95 cobra manifold. therefore it will pass smog tests. i have the gt-40 tubular on my car and i passed with better than average readings for a mustang of my year even with all my mods listed, minus the offroad h-pipe mind you
