Is the hose under the intake supply or return?
And what are the torque specs for the intake?

Any other tips for replacing welcome.

Thanks!

The torque is a cheesy 89 inch pounds
The pipe flows rearwards out of the pump
Use some clear silicone sealer on the new o ring for added insurance
Here are some crappy pictures

I own an inch pound torque wrench but do not use it on these
I use a 1/4 inch ratchet and tighten in sequence until you reach tight with the insert contacting the heads and then snug them up a bit more by feel. You may want to use a torque wrench for a while just to get a feel for torque. I want mine tight and will use the top of the torque range. When you go to remove yours you will find most of the bolts are way loose and removeable with just a nut driver.
Good Luck Fairly easy job

Thanks for all that. It ended up being the L shaped connector at the front of the motor. I only needed to pull the alternator to get to it and not the intake.
Thanks much though !
