Mods:

GT40 Iron Heads with upgraded Trick Flow Springs

We have an 92 GT that gets right at 19.5 mpg. I drive about 80 miles in traffic during the weekend and about 90 on the highways on the weekends. With the AC on and cruising at 75 my little info center claims 24.5 MPG on the highway. When I ride around town I tend to stoplight to stoplight it. But for a v-8 car weighing in at over 3500 lbs, I couldn't be happier with the MPGs. Get the car, you will smile from ear to ear non stop.

I got her already. I needed an everyday driver so my Cobra can stay a weekend no clouds in the sky garage queen. I had a 91 GT about 3 yrs ago and miss her so much I had to find another.
Thanks for the info. I have the best tuner in the country taking care of her so I am sure she will do well. I am in Iraq right now so I can't wait to get home and drive her for the first time.

I have the same combo with 2:73s, I'm getting a solid 18 mpg, mostly highway, driving like a regular person. I try to keep it at 60 on the highway (traffic permiting) and I always fly by any semi trucks, I hate being around those things.

I hope to get around 18-20 mpg city. Gas is so damn high. I would drive the Cobra everyday, but she takes 93 and I have a lead foot. She gets about 15 mpg city (guessing) and 2 mpg at W.O.T. lol.
