First of all what size valve springs for stock heads. I am putting a cam in my car and am getting new springs also. Secondly, when replacing the springs what parts (ie: seals, locks, retainers, ect) can I reuse and what do I need to get new. Any help or advice would be great.

Before I installed my heads, I was going to just replace the stock valve springs with Cobra 1.7 roller rockers, and I was told to just replace them and keep everything else unless something was needed when you got the old ones out. I have a brand new set of stock replacement valve springs if your interested in them for cheap. I think they are made by Melling. Let me know
