Craigslist Interaction...am I Right Or Wrong On This?

Yeah, FB seems to be the most popular resource, now. Too bad, because it's not even close to delivering the functionality of these forums.

Perhaps it would be in the forum's best interest, however, to create a facebook page, unless one exists I'm not aware of. Then it could attract the new crowd while linking back to the actual forums here for useful resources.

I've actually responddd to threads asking for a good forum. I've mentioned stangnet a few times.

I'm sure a couple guys sign up, ask their questions and then leave. I mean I'm a member of maybe 7-8 active forums....but SN is the only one I am on nonstop. Others I might sign in every 2-3 days....some once a month.

I still pop into my old Infiniti G35x forum. Those guys were cool :poo:s. I regret not V8 swapping my G35 when it died just so I could still be active there.

We have one. It exists primarily to put the link out, to the forum.

Articles with links would be nice, but noobz has to keeps tabs on us. No time left in the day. That car jacking guy keeps him on his toes.

I currently have my 08' Bullitt listed on Craigslist, have a tentative appointment to show the car tomorrow. Was contacted by these folks on Tuesday, and got follow up texts today, so maybe they are actually interested in the car. Also got a E-mail from a guy the day after the add posted saying
"Nice car. I'm in Toronto, Canada. If you don't sell locally I would be interested.
This is not a scam email."
Then listed a name and phone number.........hmmmm, Toronto is 2,588 miles away. Would someone really pay to transport a car that far? Might let this play out if the car does not sell this weekend.
