A bit rough for that price. I would expect it to run flawlessly if it looks like that.
My dad had a '77 almost identical to this. Same color, same wheels. It got banged up in a snowstorm and he ultimately traded it up for a '77 Cobra.
Here's a '75 Ghia for sale in my area...has a 347 stroker in it, the Shelby-esque wheels from an S197 V6, and probably just needs a little polishing overall.

Here's one up in NJ for $3000. Yes, you read that correctly...3K. Has all the trimmings of a Cobra II but "has been sitting for a few years" and in one of the pictures there are vice grips for a window crank.
