That cap says its a push fit.. Mine is a screw fit...

Not sure why it says push fit. Look at the pic of the bottom. Isn't that a quarter-turn cap like the oe one?

So does this elbow piece go into the passenger side valve cover (oil fill) and then a hose goes from there to crankcase? Is that why my oil fill cap has a hole on the side but nothing closing it up?This " breather " goes in your air filter.
There are 3 parts to this next piece, the plastic elbow, the rubber grommet, and the metal screw in cap. the elbow and rubber grommet are available aftermarket.
No hose to any crankcase.... The hose goes from the foam filter in your air cleaner housing to the oil fill cap on the back passenger side....

Oh ok, I thought that was known as the crankcase filter.
