What are the other differences from the cobra to the gt computer? I purchased one from an ebay seller and expect it next week. With my heads, cam, intake and injectors, my setup is similar to cobra engine,

Powerdyne SC with 2.6" pulley
Home made CAI
Cobra intake
GT40p heads
Autolite 764 plugs gapped .040
190 lph fuel pump
Fuel management system
Steady #19 cam
1.6 roller rockers
24lb. FMS injectors
C & L 73mm MAF with 24lb sensor tube
BBK 65mm throttle body
BBK shorty headers
Two cat H pipe
Magaflow cat backs
3.73 rear

From what I've heard, it's got a less aggressive timing curve and it compensates for 24lb injectors, so you're going to have to get a 19lb calibration tube for your MAF.

Without checking between the two cal files I'll give you the differences that I can remember.

1 All inj values are for FMS 24# inj's
2 Timing is a bit softer
3 Extra fuel starts to be added at about 95 mph
4 Fuel tables are somewhat different

There are quite a few other differences but those are the big ones that come to mind.
