Do 04 3650's have all the revised parts?

Im either going to get my trans rebuilt at D&D Performance. Or I can pick up a trans from an 04 Mach 1 w/ 41k miles on it. The only reason im considering the Mach trans is because of its 5th gear. Im going to be swapping out my 3.73s for 4.10s sometime in the future so I figure that the lower 5th gear will help out.
